Delete Your Waino Account & Data

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Waino account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to open the app to make this request — you can request deletion directly using the email method below.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently remove your account and the personal data tied to it, including:

• Your profile information (name, email, and account credentials)
• Events, bookings, and other content you created that is personally identifiable to you
• App preferences and settings associated with your account

What may be retained, and for how long

• Active systems: your personal data is removed within 7 days of us verifying the request.
• Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
• Legal / security records: a limited set of records may be kept only where retention is required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse. Aggregated, anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be retained.

How long it takes

We acknowledge deletion requests within 24–48 hours and complete deletion within 7 days of verification.
